Slatington men cited for drinking

Mark Mummey, 19, of 318 W. Washington St., and Clinton Marlow, 19, of 232 S. Walnut St., both of Slatington, have been cited by borough police for underage drinking.

Police said the arrests were made after incidents at 2:35 a.m. in the 100 block of Chestnut Alley on Tuesday, Feb. 2.

Mummey was cited after police observed a suspicious male throwing a bottle on the ground.

Marlow was cited after he was stopped in the alley.
