Concourse Club

Palmerton Concourse Club will meet at 7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 4, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 502 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton. The program will be "Lovey's Award Winning Cinnamon Buns." This is an open meeting. Remember to bring cookies for the nursing home.

Amnesty running out

The Palmerton Area Library has been granting amnesty for any items returned to the library in the drop off box located outside the library. The deadline for amnesty is Jan. 31. Any items returned into the box will be checked in with no fines.

Teen Group

The Teen Advisory group of the Palmerton Area Library meets the first Wednesday of the month at the library after school. The next meeting will be Feb. 3. New members are welcome, and the group is for students in grades 7-12. Call the library at (610) 826-3424 for information.

Knitting Club

The Knitting Club will meet from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 1, at the Palmerton Area Library. The club is free and open to all, regardless of skill level.
