Disorderly in Shenandoah
State police at Frackville reported the arrest of a Shenandoah man for disorderly conduct.
Troopers said on Thursday, Feb. 4, about 2:55 a.m. Paul Thomas Mozdy, 41, arrived at the residence of Tracy Ann Mozdy, 38, of 6 N. Gilbert St., Shenandoah, after he was kicked out of his girlfriend's residence. After socializing with the victim for about an hour and a half he became intoxicated and was told to leave.
With no place to go, Mozdy banged on the window of the house for about 10 minutes before she called police.
He fled the scene before troopers arrived but will have a citation filed against him, troopers added.
