Updated state grant directory now available at Rep. McCall's office

Published February 18. 2010 05:00PM

State Rep. Keith McCall, D-Carbon, said the 2010 edition of the Pennsylvania Grant and Resource Directory is now available for municipalities, organizations and even private individuals in Carbon County.

The directory lists information about grants and financial assistance offered through various state agencies and organizations, including application information and deadlines. Many federal grant programs and private and corporate foundation sources have been included in this year's directory.

"The directory is an excellent resource for groups and individuals who want to know more about the different types of grants available and the application process for each one," McCall said. "It's an expansive and useful guide that outlines what programs are available to help vital local projects."

McCall said copies of the Pennsylvania Grant and Resource Directory will be available at his constituent service offices, and anyone who has questions or needs assistance in securing information from any program listed in the directory should call Kate McMullen in his Harrisburg office. People with Internet access can browse an online version of the directory at: www.pahouse.com/mccall/resources.
