Files for divorce

William Scott Bisco, 728 Brockton Mountain Drive, Barnesville, started a divorce proceeding against Susan Bisco, 240 State Road, Barnesville. They were married May 28, 1993.

Divorces granted

Tammy L. Fell, 7 S. Nichols St., Saint Clair, was granted a divorce from Scott K. Fell, New Ringgold. They were married Sept. 7, 2001.

Michelle L. Miller, Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from William J. Miller Jr., Lake Worth, Fla. They were married Oct. 20, 2000.

Vicky L. Bentancourt, Orwigsburg, was granted a divorce from Francisco Bentancourt, Young Harris, Ga. They were married Nov. 27, 1999.

Roseann M. Sisak, 416 Furnace St., Shenandoah, was granted a divorce from Theodore J. Sisak, 915 Barnesville Road, Barnesville. They were married May 7, 1983.

Patrick J. Miller, Marlin, Norwegian Township, was granted a divorce from Deborah A. Miller, Pottsville. They were married May 5, 2006.

Kristine Marie Ruben, Saint Clair, was granted a divorce from Michael Ruben, Pottsville. They were married Sept. 8, 1986.

Gino Ricigliano, Pottsville, was granted a divorce from Stacy Lutkus, New York City. They were married April 2, 2005.

Renee Deesing was granted a divorce from Gary L. Deesing, both of Mahanoy City. They were married Feb. 14, 1981.

Jennifer Fessler was granted a divorce from Jason Fessler, both of Schuylkill Haven. They were married Sept. 2, 2006.

Punishment program

Donald C. Howley Jr., 42, Mahanoy City, who entered a guilty pleas last Dec. 11 to a charge of DUI was now sentenced by Judge D. Michael Stine. He was placed in the IPP for five years with the first 30 days to be spent in the county prison beginning March 1 at 9 a.m., followed by 90 days under house arrest with electronic monitoring, and to pay a $12 daily fee, followed by 30 days wearing the SCRAM bracelet, which monitors his movements, with the remainder of the total sentence on regular probation. He also must pay a fine of $1,500, cost of prosecution, $100 to the Substance Abuse Education fund, $100 to the Catastrophe fund, a $50 monthly supervision fee and complete the alcohol highway safety school and outpatient counseling. On a charge of failing to drive on the right side of the road he was fined $25 plus $50 costs. Howley was cited by Sgt. John Kaczmarczyk, Mahanoy City police.
