Twenty-eight area residents among 119 arraigned by DA

Twenty-eight area residents were among 119 who were arraigned Tuesday morning in the office of District Attorney James P. Goodman, Schuylkill County courthouse, and all entered pleas of not guilty to the criminal charges lodged against them and all requested trial by jury. Those arraigned were as follows:

Ryan Navitsky, 31, of 251 Brown St., Tamaqua, was charged by Cpl. Duane Fredericks, Rush Township police, with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia when stopped last Nov. 6 on Marion Avenue.

Christopher J. Miller, 19, of 2 Gameland Drive, Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Jonathan McHugh, Rush Township police, with DUI of drugs, possession of a small amount of marijuana and having no license plate lights operating when stopped last Oct. 29 on Pine Creek Drive in Barnesville.

William Glenn Myers, 27, of 303 Washington St., Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Jeffrey Wainright, Tamaqua police, with DUI and exceeding the maximum speed limit when stopped last Oct. 10 on SR309.

Angela Jill Wagner, 47, of 60 River Road, Tamaqua R.D., was charged by Sgt. Richard Weaver, Tamaqua police, with delivery of a controlled substance (CS), possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of communication facility and possession in 100 block of N. Railroad St. last May 6.

Robert Joseph Ryan Jr., 32, of 21 Maple Ave., Barnesville, was charged by Trooper Thomas Powell with burglary at 23 E. Lakewood Ave., Barnesville on Sept. 15, 2008, and theft of tools from a shed.

Lori Oakes, 41, of 419 E. Union St., Tamaqua, was charged by Sgt. Richard Weaver, Tamaqua police, with cirminal conspiracy to sell drugs in the borough.

Marc Tito, 29, of 566 Blue Mountain Drive, Andreas, was charged by Chief Brian Johnson, West Penn Township police, with receiving a license plate stolen from the vehicle of Gary R. Fernstermaker on Kepner's Road last June 25 and driving while his operating privileges were suspended.

Dustin P. Oncay, 24, of 107 Washingtoin St., Tamaqua, was charged by Sgt. Richard Weaver, Tamaqua police, with criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a CS, possession (two counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia when cited on Cherry Street last May 15.

Brenda L. Zimmerman, 47, of 6 Cherry St., Tamaqua, was charged by Weaver with criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a CS, possession and drug paraphernalia when cited on Cherry Street last May 15.

Elisa Henchenski, 33, of 654 S. Kennedy Drive, McAdoo, was cited by Patrolman Jeremy Talanca, McAdoo police, with DUI last June 27 on W. Adams St.

Anthony Edward Pascoe, 23, of 201 Kline Ave., Lansford, was charged by Patrolman Thomas Rodgers, Tamaqua police, with simple assault and harassment of Benjamin Fish and Rolando Rodriguez last Nov. 20 in the 300 block on E. Broad St.

Anthony Rodriguez, 25, of 113 N. Cleveland St., McAdoo, was charged by Patrolman Jeremy Talanca, McAdoo police, with DUI and careless driving last Nov. 29 on N. Cleveland St.

Nicholas D'Angelo, 19, of 334 Pine St., Apt. 2, Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Maltthew Bynon, Tamaqua police, with theft of bottles of liquor from an apartment at 101 Pine St. last Nov. 19.

Adam Brian Seitzer, 22, of 891 Oak Grove Drive, Lehighton, was charged by Patrolman Robert Minnick, Tamaqua police, with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, failing to drive at a safe speed, failing to drive on roadway laned for traffic and failing to have car insurance when stopoped last Oct. 9 on E. Broad St.

Charles E. Tidabock, of 31 Fort Franklin, Andreas, was charged by Patrolman Jason Lorah, West Penn Township police, with DUI and following too closely when stopped last July 7 on Pine Hill Road in Andreas.

John Wesner, 50, of 198 Haddock Road, McAdoo, was charged by Patrolman Jeremy Talanca, McAdoo police, with DUI and careless driving when stopped last Aug. 13 in 100 block on Haddock Road.

Shawn E. Flaim Jr., 19, of 500 Pine St., Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Brian Thompson, Rush Township police, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphenalia when stopped on State Road, Barnesville, last Oct. 28.

Adam Thomas Yurcho, 29, of 70 Spruce Lane, Nuremberg, was charged by Trooper Joseph Aponick with DUI when stopped at Mahanoy and Pine sts., Nuremberg, last Nov. 10.

Tiesha-Le Cristina Pagan, 23, of 108 Market St., Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Eugene M. Yourey, Pottsville Police, with DUI alcohol and drugs, possession of a small amount of marijuana, operating a vehicle without an official certificate of inspection and driving while her operating privileges were suspended when stopped in the city last Oct. 14.

John Victor Futoma, 23, of 325 Greenhouse Lane, Zion Grove, was charged by Trooper Michael Breznik with DUI and careless driving when stopped last Dec. 5 in Girardville.

James Joseph Englert, 33, of 227 Lafayette St., Apt. 1, Tamaqua, was charged by Trooper John Sieboda with receiving a all terrain vehicle (ATV) stolen from a property at 74 Sycamore Lane, New Ringgold, and altering or illegally obtaining such property last Dec. 15.

Dustin Robert Gernert, 26, of 321 Hughes St., New Ringgold, was charged by Trooper John Sieboda with receiving an ATV from Englert which had been stolen and altering or illegally obtaining such property last Dec. 15.

Jared Paul Zeigler, of 306 Hazle St., Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolmamn Brian Thompson, Rush Township police, with two counts each of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault committed at a house party on Blews Lane last July 7.

Carl Rex Jr., 35, of 698 Spruce St., New Ringgold, was charged by Patrolman Jason Lorah, West Penn Township police, with two counts of harassment of Kimberly Hill, defiant trespass on property at 57 Styles Drive and disorderly conduct last Sept. 18.

Derek P. Snyder, 23, of 577 Blue Mountain Drive, Andreas, was charged by Trooper Troy Greenawald with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 30 Hunter St., Tamaqua, last Sept. 23.

William N. Faust, 21, of 53 S. Lehigh Gorge, Weatherly, was charged by Officer Jim Patterson, Kline Township police, with DUI of drugs, possession of a small amount of marijuana and violating a stop sign on Tresckow Road last Nov. 24.

William Earl Hunter Jr., 41, of 133 Coal St., Cumbola, was charged by Cpl. Paul Smith, state police, with 20 counts of sexual abuse of children by possessing 154 image files on his computer of naked children under age of 18 and three movie files of naked children.

Jasper Poland, 31, of 108 Market St., Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Eugene M. Yourey, Pottsville police, with giving a false identification when stopped last Oct. 14 in the city and failing to have car insurance.

Larry Lon Wagner, 30, of 300 1/2 Arlington St., Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Karl Harig, Tamaqua police, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael R. Harwick Sr., 38, Pottsville, charged by Patrolman Jonathan McHugh, Rush Township police, with theft of a dumpster last Oct. 16 belonging to Michael Fulmer Company.

Jonathan R. Helt, 28, Hegins, charged by Patrolman Troy Maurer, Hegins Township police, with DUI, speeding, stop sign vioilation, failing to drive on roadway laned for traffic, careless driving and operating a vehicle without an official inspection certificate last Nov. 1.

Ryan Sibel, 24, Hegins, was charged by Sgt. Beau Yarmush, Hegins Township police, with manufacture of a controlled substance, possession and possession of drug paraphernalia last Sept. 10 at 423 Deep Creek Road.

Sean Lee Lubold, 22, Lykens, was charged by Trooper Eric Reber with DUI, failing to drive on roadway laned for traffic, careless driving, failing to give immediate notice to police of an accident he was involved on Fearnot Road, Hubley Township, strike a parked vehicle and leaving the scene.

Kristen Marie Teresa Aungst, 35. Pine Grove, was charged by Cpl. Jeffrey Futchko, Pine Grove police, with two counts of possession of a CS and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia last Oct. 8.

Benjamin C. Fidler, 25, Arlington, Va., was charged by Cpl. Futchko with DUI and failing to drive in right lane on N. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove last Oct. 31.

Brian Edward Shaffer, 35, Levittown, N.Y., was charged by Trooper Jeffrey Hummel with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct in a restaurant last De. 28.

Joseph W. Kakol, 32, Ashland, was charged by Patrolman Michael O'Neill, Ashland police, with theft of a vehicle at knife point, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of vehicle owned by Joshua Tagliaboski and simple assault which occurred last Oct. 25 while the victim was pumping gas at a service station.

John Michael Matern, 23, Frackville, was charged by Patrolman Raymond Horan, Butler Township police, with DUI and failing to drive in the right lane on Academy Lane last July 20.

Kenneth B. Turner, 51, an inmate at the state correctional institution in Ryan Township, was charged by Trooper John Sleboda with aggravated and simple assault on a correctional officer last Nov. 19.

Veronica Lee Bogan, 47, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman Brian Reno, Pottsville police, with defiant trespass on property of Buy Me Again Pawn Shop, 311 W. Market St. last Oct. 19, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Carla Ann Reber, 31, Schuylkill Haven, was charged by Trooper Mark Baron with retail theft of clothing from Boscov's valued at $183.92 last Dec. 3.

Jeffrey Thomas Klinger, 44, Tremont, was charged by Trooper Justin Ely with DUI and speeding.

Angela Nichole Schaeffer, 21, Schuylkill Haven, was charged by Trooper Jeffrey Hummel with theft and criminal mischief.
