DUI arrests reported by PSP

Several driving under the influence (DUI) arrests were reported by state police at Lehighton. All the arrests occurred on Sunday, March 14.

About 5:09 p.m. troopers stopped Bradley Kramer, 29, of Pottsville, along SR209 in the area of Pine St., in Nesquehoning, for several traffic and equipment violations. At the stop Kramer was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI

At 5:53 p.m. Patrick Thomas Sander, 26, of Lehighton, was stopped at the intersection of SR209 and SR903, in Jim Thorpe, for several motor vehicle violations. At the stop Sander was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI. Troopers said the DUI charge is pending test results.

At 7:27 p.m. James Francis Lakata, 53, of Weatherly, was stopped along SR209 at the Gulf service station in Jim Thorpe, for several motor vehicle violations. He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI. The DUI charge is pending test results, troopers said.

At 8:05 p.m. Daniel Sabol, 29, of Emmaus, was stopped along W. Broadway at High St., in Jim Thorpe, for traffic violations. He was found to be under the influence and is facing a DUI charge, troopers said.
