Tamaqua man cited for conduct

A Tamaqua man has been cited for causing a disturbance at the home of his one-time companion.

Officers were dispatched to 421 Glenwood Ave. at 7:15 p.m. on Jan. 28. At the scene they were met by Kathleen Farber, 46, who asked them to remove Daniel P. Peletsky, 28, from the premises.

Peletsky agreed to leave and was warned not to return.

He failed to heed the officer's advice and returned to the home at 5:30 a.m. on Jan. 29. Farber again called police.

Peletsky was removed from the scene and cited.
