Greene also asked Pennisi to keep an eye on the portion of Lehigh Gap Street behind Burger King, where truck traffic is prohibited.

"That's not for trucks. We just redid that road, and it's going to keep cracking," Greene said.

Pennisi said that the police department will keep an eye on it.

In other business, Road Foreman Eric Strohl said that street sweeping in the borough is going to start up next week. He wants to encourage people to clean off their sidewalks into the street.

Councilman Matthew Newhard said that the Centennial Committee is helping fund the new display case in Borough Hall. They're looking for ideas of what to put in the display case.
