Monroe crash
Pocono Mountain Regional police reported investigating a one vehicle crash about 4:30 a.m. on Feb. 19 along SR196 near the K&L section.
Police said Efrain Ramirez, 56, of Tobyhanna, failed to negotiate a curve with his vehicle leaving the road and colliding head-on into a tree. Ramirez was not injured but his vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
