Class of 1970

Lehighton Area High School class of 1970 will hold a 40th reunion planning meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 15 at the Lehighton Orioles Nest No. 183, Orioles Drive.

All class members are invited to attend. The reunion picnic has been set for Saturday, Aug. 21 at the Orioles Community Center.

New TOPS chapter forming

A new chapter of TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is forming in Lehighton.

The chapter meets each Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Zions Lutheran Church Of Christ, 225 Iron St. Lehighton.
