Rush police make retail theft arrests

Rush Township police have made the following arrests for retail theft from the Hometown Walmart store:

Melissa M. Kline, 22, Tamaqua, arrested on March 3 after allegedly stealing $21.45 worth of merchandise; Diane E. Kline, 54, Tamaqua, arrested on March 3 after allegedly stealing $22.65 worth of merchandise; and James J. Harris, 23, Grier City, arrested on March 5 after allegedly stealing merchandies valued at $21.68.

Additionally, Steven G Keach, Hometown is facing charges for possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after police found Keach walking on Claremont Ave (SR309) on March 4 at 11:51 p.m.
