Couple arrested in Tamaqua

A Tamaqua couple found themselves being arraigned before District Judge Stephen Bayer Wednesday afternoon following a domestic incident.

Officers responded to 218 Orwigsburg St., at 4:20 p.m. for a reported domestic incident in progress. At the scene they found Tina Marie Hosier, 24, of 4 Cherry St., and Andrew Dotter, 22, of 218 Orwigsburg St. Dotter had teeth marks in his hand, allegedly put there by Hosier, while Hosier had bruises allegedly caused by Dotter.

Both were arrested under the commonwealth's domestic abuse laws and taken before Bayer for arraignment.

Bail was set at $10,000 unsecured for both individuals.
