Teen cited for Schuylkill incident
A 14-year-old female was cited for an incident in Schuylkill County.
State police at Frackville said the teen was cited for harassment after she punched a 15-year-old female in the face during an argument at Second and A sts, in Girardville. The victim suffered a swollen lip, troopers said.
The incident occurred about 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 10.
