Auditions

Auditions will be held March 13-14 from 2-4 p.m. at The Studio, Lansford, for six different short plays to be presented by the Carbon/Schuylkill Community Theatre on May 15-16.

Actors and actresses, ages high school and up are needed, especially a few middle-age to senior citizen "types."

You will be asked to cold read from the script. Rehearsals are kept to a minimum due to the brevity of each play.

Directors include Keith Shelly, Dru Laughman, Jack Phillips, and Joel and Janet Sager.

The Carbon/Schuylkill Community Theatre is in its second year of providing theatrical opportunities to residents of local communities.

Each season provides two opportunities for dramatic actors, two opportunities for children to participate, and four opportunities for those interested in musical theatre.

Rehearsal home to the theatre is The Studio in Lansford, and performances are held in various locations in Carbon and Schuylkill counties.
