Two cited for theft at Monroe store

Pocono Mountain Regional police responded to the Kmart store in Mt. Pocono about 4:35 p.m. on Feb. 5 to a report of a retail theft incident.

Upon arrival officers determined that Tanya Stiner, of Thornhurst, Lackawanna County, and a male juvenile concealed merchandise and left the store without paying for it. Both were taken into custody for retail theft, issued citations and later released.
