Palmerton Area School Board on Tuesday unanimously approved the following extra-curricular appointments:

2009-10 school year

- Jerry Kossyk, assistant varsity softball coach, $2,473.

- Scott Levandusky, JV softball coach, $2,473.

- John Herring, volunteer softball coach, volunteer.

- Scott Hadock, volunteer softball coach, volunteer.

- Danielle Schneider, head tennis coach, $2,265.

- Thomas Morgan, volunteer baseball coach, volunteer.

2010-11 school year

- Mike Shafer, volunteer cross country coach, volunteer.

- Chris Walkowiak, assistant football coach, $3,788.

- Ryan McGrath, assistant football coach, $3,788.
