Charge dismissed

A charge of harassment filed against Lyndon Eickhoff, 45, 120 W. School St., Summit Hill, was dismissed, according to the office of District Judge Casimir Kosciolek. A report from the Lansford police, published on Feb. 8 and 22, indicated he had been charged as a result of an incident at 11 p.m. Jan. 14 on W. Ridge Street.

The charge was dismissed on Feb. 16, Kosciolek's office said.
