Palmerton Historical Society to meet

Palmerton Area Historical Society is hosting a series of yearlong events to celebrate their 20th birthday. Everyone is invited to attend the first program to be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 21, at the Palmerton Area Heritage Center. The original officers, board of directors and charter members of the society will be the guests of honor. This Founders Day event is a meet and greet those people who had the foresight to establish an organization to preserve the rich heritage of the community and area.
