Divorces granted

Amy L. Hope, 816 Lizard Creek, Andreas, West Penn Township, was granted a divorce from James S. Hope, 22 Lower Road, Tamaqua. They were married Sept. 19, 1998.

Candise D. Miller, Orwigsburg, was granted a divorce from Andrew Miller, Schuylkill Haven. They were married May 17, 2008.

Raissa Barnett, Reading, was granted a divorce from Andrew Barnett, Schuylkill Haven. They were married May 10, 2002.

Ranee E. Liskiewicz was granted a divorce from Michael R. Liskiewicz, both of Minersville. They were married July 28, 2008.

File for divorce

America McGlothlin, 338 Arlington St., Tamaqua, filed suit for divorce from Martin McGlothin, Lonely Cottage Drive, Upper Black Eddy, Bucks County. They were married May 7, 1988.

Kathryn E. Barron filed suit for divorce from Chad G. Barron, both of 111 S. Elizabeth St., Tamaqua. They were married May 16, 1998.

Christopher Hallick, 610 Pottsville St., Minersville, started a divorce action against Bobi Hallick, 129 Coal Street, Cumbola, Blythe Township. They were married Sept. 6, 1997.

Reach agreement

The Bon Ton Department Stores Inc., had reached an agreement on the market value of its property in the Schuylkill Mall and President Judge William E. Baldwin approved the stipulation.

The market value was fixed at $2,700,000 and the common level ratio for 2010 was set at 33.9 percent establishing the assessed value at $1,077,300.
