Tamaqua man for harassment

A Tamaqua man was cited for harassment following a domestic dispute in the borough on Thursday.

Police were dispatched to 35 Vine St. at 9 p.m. and were met by Mandy Grosman, of West Penn Township, and William Manness. Grosman told officers the couple had been arguing when Manness threw her to the ground and punched her.

Two hours later officers were again dispatched to the home and successfully mediated a dispute over property.
