Former employee facing charges

A former employee of a Schuylkill County firm is facing charges.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Richard Auker, 38, of Schuylkill Haven, is facing a charge of harassment. Troopers said Auker, a former employee of Seltzer Insurance Agency, located at 610 SR61, in West Brunswick Township, allegedly communicated vulgar and threatening instant messages to Robert Seltzer, 61, of Orwigsburg, a current employee of the firm. The incident was reported on Mon., March 29.

Troopers said Auker will receive a summons charging him with the summary offense of harassment.
