Man cited for violating PFA order

A Schuylkill County man has been charged with violating a protection from abuse (PFA) order.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Zachary Shaw, 19, of Schuylkill Haven, was cited following an incident on March 31 about 2:46 pm. at SR61 and Manheim Rd., in North Manheim Township. Troopers said Shaw made contact with Julie Ebling, 18, of Orwigsburg, at the above location and yelled at her. She had a PFA against him that prohibited any contact.
