Woman facing harassment count

A Schuylkill County woman is facing a charge of harassment following an incident at a Schuylkill County business.

State police at Frackville said the incident occurred about 11:10 p.m. on Sunday, April 4, at the McDonald's Restaurant in the Schuylkill Mall in New Castle Township. Troopers said during an altercation Amy Dower, 35, of Mahanoy Plane, allegedly shoved Valarie Ann Stewart, 21, of Barnesville. Dower was cited for harassment, troopers said.
