Heritage Hill hosts ninth annual Senior Health Fair

Heritage Hill Senior Community will host its ninth annual Senior Health Fair at the Laurel Mall on Wednesday, April 14, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

This is a great opportunity to receive free health screenings and important information from local services.

There will also be hundreds of dollars in prizes and giveaways!

Fasting for the blood sugar and cholesterol screenings is recommended but not required.

WAZL 1490 AM will be doing a live remote from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Learn to reduce stress and improve your health with a Tai Chi demonstration at 10:30, compliments of the Wellness Center.

A list of services will be available at the Heritage Hill display in the J.C. Penney wing.
