Traffic stop on I81 leads to DUI count

A traffic stop along Interstate 81 in Foster Township, Schuylkill County, led to the driver facing a driving under the influence (DUI) count.

State police at Frackville said James Anthony Donmoyer, 45, of Pine Grove, was stopped about 1:30 a.m. on Monday, April 26, for a traffic violation while southbound. He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest. Donmoyer refused to submit to a blood test, troopers said. Charges will be filed.
