PVEN

For the months of March, Pleasant Valley Ecumenical Network provided food to 907 individuals and distributed 2,202 articles of clothing to 64 families.

Besides donations of food, PVEN is also in need of boys' and girls' pajamas and clothes, all sizes.

They're also in need of linens, sheets, pillow cases and blankets.

Gently used items are appreciated.

Praise and Worship Team

St. Matthew's UCC in Kunkletown is looking for volunteers to play piano or keyboard and a guitarist for the Praise and Worship Team for the monthly Contemporary Service.

Eldred Township Historical Society

Eldred Township Historical Society will meet on Tuesday, April 20 at 7 p.m. at the Eldred Township municipal building.

There will be a video presentation of United States First Ladies.

All are welcome to attend.

Chestnut Ridge Seniors

The Chestnut Ridge Seniors will meet on Thursday, April 22 at 11 a.m. at the Kunkletown Vol. Fire Co.

Bring a bag lunch and your lucky rabbit's foot to play Bingo.
