Rush police make retail theft arrests

Rush Township police have reported the following arrests.

Russell C. Nelson, 54, is facing retail theft charges from an incident at the Hometown Walmart on April 2 at 5:23 p.m. The merchandise removed is valued at $81.94.

Justin Schmidt, 20, and a 17 year-old female, both of Lansford, are facing retail theft charges from Walmart on April 2 at 5:47 p.m. The female juvenile is also facing drug paraphernalia charges.
