Harassment incident in Monroe

A Monroe County resident has been cited for harassment following an incident that occurred on Sunday, April 4, about 4:40 p.m.

State police at Lehighton said at the time stated at Lakeside Drive, in Effort, Chestnuthill Township, Seth Michael Gillen, 30, of Effort, allegedly punched Michael Alan McCafferty, 53, also of Effort, in the mouth causing red marks on his lips. Gillen also punched McCafferty to the floor inside his residence causing a sore elbow.
