Monroe County Crime Stoppers names Crime of the Week

Monore County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of Nicholas W. Marzigliano. The Monroe County Sheriff's office is seeking the public's assistance in his arrest.

President Judge Ronald E. Vican has issued a bench warrant on Oct. 21, 2009, for Marzigliano when he failed to appear for a Cost Contempt hearing on the original charge of DUI. Marzigliano owes in excess of $2,100 and has failed to make any payments on his case since November 2008.

Marzigliano is a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 199 lbs. He has brown hair (possibly closely cut), brown eyes and is 21 years old.

Marzigliano provide an address of 3458 Black Cherry Lane, Pocono Township. And although this is the family's residence, efforts to locate him at that address have been unsuccessful.
