Burglary, mischief incidents probed

Jim Thrope police are investigating a burglary and criminal mischief report, in separate incidents.

The break-in occurred at the Kennedy residence at 430 South St. Police said unknown persons gain entry to the home and removed prescriptionn medication. The burglary was reported on Friday, May 14.

On Sunday, May 16, about 1:55 a.m. officers responded to the Fairview Hose Company Socal Club to a report of criminal mischief. Police said an unruly patron was asked to leave the club and smashed several windows in the building. The investigation is continuing and charges are pending.
