Big win for JT Royals

Justin Kamisnki tossed a two-hitter to help lead the Jim Thorpe Royals to a 10-1 Carbon County Babe Ruth League victory over the Towamensing Orioles.

Kaminiski walked four and struck out nine in gaining the pitching win.

Damian Richards had a double, triple and scored two runs for the Royals. Mike Cataldo added a double and run scored, while Eric Mason and Dave Everitt each had a hit and run scored.

For the Orioles, Nick Frey suffered the loss but had both his team's hits.
