Public drunkenness

Criminal charges were filed against John Ermlick, Jr., 25, of 360 Log Fence Road, Palmerton, for possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness, and prohibitions alcoholic beverages. The incident occurred on May 29 at 2:37 a.m. at Third Street and Alley E.

Retail theft

Steven Halada, 53, of 735 Swamp Hollow Road, Slatington, was cited for retail theft. The violation occurred on March 31 at 6:13 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

DUI

Criminal charges were filed against Samantha Ealey, 22, of 140 Delaware Avenue, Apt. 207, Palmerton, for driving under the influence (DUI). The incident occurred on May 16 at 3:57 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Harassment

A juvenile referral was filed against a 17-year-old Lehighton male for criminal mischief, harassment, and careless driving. The incident occurred on June 7 at 10:23 p. m in the 800 block of W Princeton Avenue.

Traffic violation

Christopher Eberly, 33, of 405 Fourth Street, Palmerton, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on June 4 at 9:24 a.m. at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

A citation was issued to Chelsey Hoffman, 20, of 272 S First Street, Lehighton, for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on June 6 at 5:39 p.m. in the 1900 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Todd Kuhns, 42, of 162 Sassafras Road, Lehighton, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on June 2 at 9:55 p.m. at Franklin Avenue and Mauch Chunk Road.

A citation was issued to Jessica Settlecowski, 21, of 121 S Third Street, Lehighton, for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on June 7 at 9:51 a.m. on SR248 east.

Robert Thomson III, 24, of 915 E James Street, Lehighton, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on June 6 at 1:53 a.m. at Franklin Avenue and Mauch Chunk Road.
