Two cited for harassment
Two persons were cited for harassment following an incident that occurred on Monday, June 21, about 8:15 a.m. along Kittatinny Lane, in East Penn Township, Carbon County.
State police at Lehighton said Louise Falcinelli, 61, of Pen Argyl, and Heath Bullard, 39, of Lehighton, made physical contact with each other at the time and location stated. Both were issued citations for harassment, troopers added.
