New Ringgold teen cited at school
A 17-year-old New Ringgold male has been cited for possession of tobacco products on school property.
The incident took place on Friday morning when it was discovered that the teen had a can of Skoal chewing tobacco on the grounds of the Tamaqua Area High School.
