Schuylkill man harassment count

A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of harassment following an incident in the parking lot of a county mall.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Robert Donton Jr., 25, of Cressona, got into an argument with Kaylyn Kelly, 21, of Pottsville, in a lot at the Fairlane Village Mall, near the Boscov's Store, in East Norwegian Township, about 4:38 p.m. on Monday, June 14.

During the argument Donton allegedly grabbed Kelly by the arms and bent her hand backward. The argument was over a cell phone, troopers said.
