Harassment incident probed
State police at Frackville said a Schuylkill County man has been cited for harassment.
Troopers said Richard J. Ludwig, 37, of Ringtown, was cited following incidents that occurred between June 5-7 at two locations - W. Main St., Ringtown, and N. Centre St., Frackville.
The victim of the harassment was identified as James S. Stauffer, 33, also of Ringtown.
