Man charged with violation PFA order
A Schuylkill County man has been charged with violating a protection from abuse (PFA) order.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Kyle Jacoby, of Schuylkill Haven, called the cell phone of Bria Jacoby, of Deer Lake, on May 20 about 3:25 p.m. which is a violation of the PFA order which prohibits him from having any contact with her.
Jacoby was arraigned before duty District Judge Stephen Bayer, of Tamaqua, and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
