Published June 16. 2010 05:00PM

Two men and a juvenile are facing charges following an incident at a Schuylkill County business.

State police at Frackville said the incident occurred about 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 15, at Kricks Garage, located along East Mahanoy Street in Girardville.

According to troopers, Rick Erbe, 20, of McAdoo; Julio Mora, 20, and a 17-year-old male, both from Hazleton, went to the above location and attempted to "hot wire" a vehicle on the property. The three fled the scene in a Nissan Maxima when the owner attempted to confront them.

A traffic stop was made by Shenandoah police a short time later and the three were identified by the garage owner. Erbe and Mora were arraigned before District Judge Bernadette Nahas of Frackville, and committed to the county prison in Pottsville in lieu of bail on a charge of theft of a motor vehicle. The juvenile was charged through the county juvenile probation office.
