Three cited for theft in Schuylkill

Three persons were cited for retail theft at a store in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said the three were cited for an incident at the Deb Shop located in the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township, that occurred about 4:50 p.m. on Monday, June 7.

Troopers said Tabitha Kilkenny, 18, Felicia Boehmer, 18, and a 16-year-old female, all of Shenandoah, were caught by store personnel attempting to conceal and remove numerous items of women's clothing from the store.

The three were issued summary citations and released.
