Monroe man cited for false alarms
State police at Fern Ridge have cited a Monroe County man for false alarms.
Troopers said Carmon Hom, of Albrightsville, was cited for causing or permitting four or more false alarm activations during a consecutive 12-month period of August 2009 to June.
