Cited for disturbance
A Summit Hill man was cited following an incident that occurred at 12:52 p.m. on June 7, in Summit Hill.
According to Summit Hill police, officers received a complaint of an individual causing a disturbance in the street in the area of North Market Street. Upon arrival, they found Andrew Watkins, 22, of 23 N. Market St. Allegedly, he had had an argument with a female at that location in front of her children and used foul language.
He was cited for disorderly conduct.
