Pedestrian struck in Summit Hill

A juvenile was cited in Summit Hill after he struck a pedestrian with his vehicle.

According to Summit Hill police, on May 30, a 17-year-old male was driving a vehicle at the intersection of Ludlow and Oak streets. When he pulled out from the stop sign, he struck a pedestrian.

An ambulance was called but the pedestrian, whose name was not released, refused treatment.

The juvenile was cited for careless driving.
