Harassment incident probed

State police at Lehighton reported a Columbia County man is facing a charge of harassment following an incident that occurred in Monroe County.

Troopers said Allan Dale Whitehead, 54, of Berwick, allegedly verbally threatened harm to Dan Bernard Engroff, 33, of Long Mountain Road Trail, Effort, Polk Township. The incident occurred about 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8, troopers said.
