Monroe crash

State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating a two-vehicle crash about 7:48 a.m. on Friday, June 11, at the intersection of Weir Lake Road and Altemose Drive in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.

Troopers said Clement J. Maisano, 64, of Kresgeville, was southbound on Weir Lake Road driving a 2000 Jeep Wrangler when Maryann Molin, 79, of Effort, made a left turn to go onto Altemose Drive and struck the driver side of Maisano's vehicle with the driver side front of her 2005 Audi A4.

After impact the Jeep struck a culvert off the west side causing it to roll about 100 feet before coming to rest facing northeast in the southbound lane.

Maisano was examined at the scene by West End ambulance personnel for minor injuries. Molin was not injured.

Troopers cited Molin for vehicle turning left.
