Monroe man cited for harassment
State police at Lehighton said a Monroe County man has been cited for harassment.
Troopers said Paul Henry, 26, of Saylorsburg, was cited following an incident that occurred along Brick Church Road, in Ross Township, about 9:30 a.m. on May 28. Henry allegedly threatened to punch out someone's teeth, troopers said.
