She is employed at Verizon Wireless in Lehighton.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Rick and Debbie Bowman of Lehighton. He is a 1998 graduate of Lehighton Area High School.
He is employed by Kistler Building.
The couple is planning a wedding in the next two years.
