Earns master's degree from Wilkes University

Heather Lynn Fenstermacher, daughter of Rick and Kathy Fenstermacher of Tamaqua, was awarded a master's degree in Education, with an emphasis in Classroom Technology, from Wilkes University on Sept. 13. She earned a 4.0 grade point average. In 2006, she earned a bachelor of science degree in Special and Elementary Education from Misericordia University. A granddaughter of Pauline Fenstermacher and Mary Baddick, both of Tamaqua, she is employed by the Schuylkill Technology Center, as a Special Education teacher.
