Parker is the Grandest Kid of Glenn and Debby Hill and Mike and Claudine Oswald and the Great-Grandest Kid of Alma Sterner and Barbara Oswald, all of New Ringgold and Joe Kamant of Tamaqua. Parker is the son of Heather Hill and Matt Oswald of New Ringgold.
