Decking the halls

It's not too early to start thinking about yuletide. Allen Breiner, Tamaqua Borough code enforcement officer and electrician, gets a jump on the holiday season early Monday by installing wreaths along lampposts in downtown Tamaqua. Each wreath is almost five feet in diameter and contains 60 lights. Breiner will install a total of 92 wreaths through the downtown area, including several slightly smaller wreaths at Depot Square Park.
